Scoopy Doog™ Pooper Scooper Service
Does Scoopy Doog™ provide dog waste removal services year-round?
Yes! Scoopy Doog™ offers dog waste removal services year-round at all our locations. Even during the winter months, we continue to provide services. In areas where snow is common, the majority of dog waste remains scoopable and we are happy to continue our cleaning services.
Does Scoopy Doog™ clean my entire yard?
Scoopy Doog™ will clean all areas of your property that are affected by dog waste, including the front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and more. We do not offer indoor cleaning services—only outdoor spaces are included in our service.
How often does a Scoopy Doog™ professional come?
We offer flexible cleanup options to suit your needs and budget, including 2 times per week, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time visits. Scientific research consistently recommends removing dog waste at least twice a week to ensure both health safety and environmental protection.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Scoopy Doog™ offers service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing varies based on yard size, service frequency, and the number of dogs. On average, most of our clients pay between $100 and $135 per month for our services.
How does Scoopy Doog™ ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their pets is a top priority at Scoopy Doog™. To ensure a safe environment for all dogs, we clean our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant between each visit to prevent the spread of germs. Additionally, we take gate pictures after each visit to ensure that your pets remain safely inside your yard. All our employees undergo background checks for your peace of mind.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or by calling our office directly.
How does Scoopy Doog™ dispose of dog waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety, as dog waste is considered hazardous. We double-bag all waste and place it in your trash can or neatly on the side of your house for convenient pickup.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning while dogs are in the yard! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly ask that you keep them indoors during our visit for everyone's safety. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, we will ask you to secure them indoors, or they may be removed from our route for safety reasons.
Do you provide an arrival window for service?
We do not provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for efficiency. Our team schedules routes at midnight the day before service to minimize drive time and maximize productivity.
